Day 0(early arrival group):
Upon arrival at Chitose Airport, meet & transfer to Japanese traditional style Hotel (Ryokan) in Otaru or Nobotibetsu(depends on guest’s choice). Guests will enojoy Private Onsen attached at room.
Day 1:
main group:
Upon arrival, Japanese geisha will greet the group & transfer to the hotel.
Early arrival group:
After breakfast, the group transfers to Otaru City and shopping around Otaru Canal shopping street. Then guest have a Japanese Kaiseki Lunch at Ryoutei, and transfer to Hotel.
Welcome Party at Night:
Guests transfer to the Northern Horse Park for welcome dinner.
Upon arrival at Northern Horse Park, fanfare and Japanese Taiko Drummer welcome guests. Guests can also take pictures with big company logo ice curving and horses. At the welcom dinner, there are two attractions which are Japanese cultural dance “Soran Dance” and Hokkaido’s folk music “Ainu playing instruments”.
Day 2:
After breakfast, the guests transfer to ski resort “Kiroro resort”. Upon arrival to Kiroro resort, guest takes lifts to go up to top of mountain to take group photo. Then, guests transfer to field to do games on the snow and will be divided into groups and do competition with each teams. The games are basket ball, soccer, snow mobile, tag war, snow golf. After the game, guests are transfered to the mountain to ski lesson. At the end, awarding ceremony is held for the competition and fireworks congratulate the winners!
After the awarding ceremony, guest is transferred to the restaurant for dinner.
Day 3:
After the breakfast, conference is held at the hotel’s conference room.
Then guests join the tour which was selected by each guest.
Option 1: Beer factory + Rera Outlet shopping tour.
Option 2: Onsen experience tour.
After the tour, Gala dinner is held at hotel.
During the Gala dinner, 4 entertainment shows(Jazz piano, live band, Ninjya skit, and illusion show) are held.
Day 4:
After the breakfast, guests enjoy Otaru Tour (music box museum, glass factory and Otaru Canal shopping). After the tour, guests are transferred at beer factory to have farewell party. during the farewell party, there are 3 entertainment shows(Oktoberfest Dance, Tap dance and singer)
Day 5:
After breakfast, it will be free & easy until transfer to the Chitose airport for departure.
