We would like to compliment your company for sending us a super terrific guide. The day we landed on 14/3/2009 at Kansai Airport, we were greeted by Ms. Gigi Chium. She is a cheerful and full of energy person. Throughout our trip, she made us laugh with all her stories and jokes. She took care of us very well.
