I would like to write in to compliment on a good job done by Gigi Chium
during our Alpine tour from 14/4 – 19/4.?? We have a memorable holidays
under her guiding, because she is very professional, knowledgeable and
patience with us.?? She is a live wire, always making us laugh and
enjoying ourselves.?? There was never a dull moment.?? I hope in my next
visit to Japan, we’ll get our tour agency to request for her to guide us
again.

I can see that she really enjoys her work, and staff with her calibre is
really hard to find.?? She is a gem to any company she works for !

Please convey my sincere thanks to her for these fond memories, and I
hope to see her again in my next trip.?? My next destination is Hokkaido.

My husband and I went on the Japan Alpine Route tour organized by CTC and returned yesterday, 19th April, 2008.
Ms Gigi Chium was our tour guide; she was very knowledgeable about the places we visited and about Japan and its customs, she was very efficient and organized, friendly, helpful, humorous and entertaining.?? We laughed a lot.?? My husband and I, friends who went with us and all those in the tour group enjoyed the tour very much mainly due to Gigi being an excellent tour guide.

We look forward to visiting Japan again and will request Ms Gigi Chium to be our tour guide.

we went to Maiko ski resort in Nigata prefecture to enjoy snowboarding!
today is the last day of this ski resort, and the lift ticket was half
price of ON season!?? also there was not many people at all!
so we enjoyed last snow without waiting for any queue.

I think middle of season is always good for good snow, but I do
recommend beginning and end of season because of no queue!
