I’m emailing you to let you know what excellent Job Gigi did as the tour guide for the California retired teacher’s Japan tour.  She went out of her way to make our tour pleasant and to see that we saw and did many different experiences.  We had one gentleman from San Francisco who was very demanding and rude to her but she went out of her way to try to please him.  She was always polite, pleasant, and informative.  Anything we asked for she tried hard to immediately comply with our requests.

We, Y.W and S.W, took your 8days Japan tour from March 27 to April 3, 2007. We would like to let you know our tour guide Gigi made our tour very pleasant and enjoyable. We have been to many tours around the world and we feel Gigi is the best tour guide encountered. She is very kind, nice, patient and dedicated to all customers with greatest services. Most of all, she is very intelligent and humorous. We learned so much from her around Japanese culture and customs.
