My elderly parents and I joined your 5 days Japan Fantasy from 02-06 June.  We had a wonderful time together. Many thanks to Mr. Ronnie Tan.

We have made 3 trips around Asia this year but this trip is a relatively stress free ambience that Mr. Ronnie Tan have created.

My dad’s comment on our last day that Mr. Ronnie Tan is cheerful and very patient.

              My wife and I recently escorted a 12 day (March 31-April 11) Golden Gate Tours trip of 45 people to Japan.  Our group was fortunate to have Florence as our guide.  Flo is a wonderful person and outstanding guide.  She was congenial, accommodating and had an excellent knowledge of Japanese history, culture and current activities.  Her sense of humor added a great deal to our trip.  It would be our pleasure to travel with Flo again.  Please convey our thanks and good wishes to Florence.

I’m emailing you to let you know what excellent Job Gigi did as the tour guide for the California retired teacher’s Japan tour.  She went out of her way to make our tour pleasant and to see that we saw and did many different experiences.  We had one gentleman from San Francisco who was very demanding and rude to her but she went out of her way to try to please him.  She was always polite, pleasant, and informative.  Anything we asked for she tried hard to immediately comply with our requests.

Dear Gigi

You are the best tour guide I ever had.  Like I told you before in our last
day dinner, you have the best personality & you had took good care of us in the
entire trip.  Besides the normal history and culture of Japan, even the
locals’ daily life activities were explained in detail to us.  You bears the
unbearable situations in the 7 days’ trip.  I will never forget the cream & sugar
you brought to my table with the comfort smile.  I highly recomment you to my
friends who wants to go to Japan trip next time.  It will be a big lost if you
left Grand Holiday.  I learned a lot of Japanese characters & meanings from
you.  Your English & Mandarin are the best.  Your Cantonese should need some
improvement.  Hopefully, you still remember who the hell I am?  Keep in touch &
will see you again.

I am writing to express my gratitude to you for running such an efficient and professional tour guide operations. My three friends and I took the your 5 Days & 6 Nights tour in May 2007. Tour guide Celeste and bus driver were extremely professional, making the entire trip for my friends and I to be a very enjoyable and pleasant experience in Japan

All 4 of us were so impressed with Celeste, for she was knowledgeable of all the sights we visited.  She provided us with a historical, social, and political perspective of Japan for us with humor and sincerity.  She was very friendly, funny, and just an overall great tour guide for our group.  She was concerned with her proficiency in English at first, but we found her to be very good in conducting the tour in English.  She used English vocabularies that are advanced even for some Americans we know! 

Once again I would like to express my sincerest thanks to you and to acknowledge that you have a wonderful, talented, and valuable employee in Celeste.  I hope you commend her for representing you and your company so well.
