I would like to write in to compliment on a good job done by Gigi Chium
during our Alpine tour from 14/4 – 19/4.  We have a memorable holidays
under her guiding, because she is very professional, knowledgeable and
patience with us.  She is a live wire, always making us laugh and
enjoying ourselves.  There was never a dull moment.  I hope in my next
visit to Japan, we’ll get our tour agency to request for her to guide us
again.

I can see that she really enjoys her work, and staff with her calibre is
really hard to find.  She is a gem to any company she works for !

Please convey my sincere thanks to her for these fond memories, and I
hope to see her again in my next trip.  My next destination is Hokkaido.

My husband and I went on the Japan Alpine Route tour organized by CTC and returned yesterday, 19th April, 2008.
Ms Gigi Chium was our tour guide; she was very knowledgeable about the places we visited and about Japan and its customs, she was very efficient and organized, friendly, helpful, humorous and entertaining.  We laughed a lot.  My husband and I, friends who went with us and all those in the tour group enjoyed the tour very much mainly due to Gigi being an excellent tour guide.

We look forward to visiting Japan again and will request Ms Gigi Chium to be our tour guide.

Please allow me to introduce myself. I’m A.M here. Recently, my family visited Japan as part of their Vacation. Fortunately, you are the tour guide for this trip.

My family’s really have fun in Japan and most of all have you to guide them to have even better understanding of Japan. Therefore, I on behalf of my family’s to thank for being patient, understanding and cooperate for this trip.

Dear Mr. Tomose,

I am writing to let you know how wonderful Mr. Eddie Loo served as tour director of our recent University of California Tour in Japan this past April. I have already let the directors of the program in Berkeley, California know impressed and appreciative we were Eddie, but I wanted to thank you and your agency as well.

Eddie did a great job as our tour director and was very approachable, capable, and easy to work with. From the very beginning, Eddie greeted us at the airport, and was also very accommodating in our return plans. He even offered to baby sit our luggage at Narita Airport to give us a few more hours in Tokyo on our last days.

Eddie’s handling of food and lodging arrangements was also marvelous. We had a dizzying variety of Japanese cuisines and eating and lodging experience. Likewise, Eddie’s handling of the tour details, his explanation of sights we were visiting and passing by, his commentary on contemporary life in Japan, his patience and sense of humor, and his willingness to go out of his way to assist each and every one of us – particularly the two group members with physical disability – was really remarkable.

I look forward to working with him and your company again in the future
