Time goes by quickly! I have been working in the travel industry for 12
years. Remembering in the beginning, how timid and “blur” I was.　It’s surprising that I managed to survive until today! Ha…..HA!

Being a tour attendant is a very challenging job. It requires patient and
constant hard work. Like the proved “Customer is always right”　You cannot lost your temper.

Being tolerate, attentive to tourists’ needs….etc. It may sounds
‘tough’, but the compliments and recognition you gain are ‘great’

Tour attendant is like the ‘diplomat’ of a country. Tourists learn about the
history and culture from you. Their impression of the country, whether ‘good’ or
‘bad’ rely on you to convey.

Upgrading you knowledge, keeping up with what’s going on, are also
another important factors that determined the tourists’ impression on you.
I know I have to work hard.
