1. CONFIRMATION
Confirmation with final name list and flight details must received at least 14 days before arrival of groups or all land arrangements will be automatically cancel to avoid cancellation charges imposed by hotels.

3.TOUR FARES
All tour fares quoted are net to travel agents.
All tour fares quoted base on Japanese Yen for twin / triple sharing basis.
All tour fares quoted included hotels accommodations, meals, transportation, admission to attractions, and fully guided tours to sightseeing as specified in the itineraries.
All tour fares quoted not included: airport taxes, international flight, domestic flight and gratuities.
Single Supplement charges: Yen 6,000 per person per night.
All tour fares may subject to change without/with prior notice under unforeseen circumstances or beyond our control upon hotels & transportation confirmation.
4. Tour Condition
Single Supplement: JPY 6,000 per person per night
Child with Bed (TWN/TRP): 100% of Tour Fare
Child without Bed: 50% of Tour Fare
Infant: no charge for below 24 months old
Tipping Guideline: JPY 500 per person per day
5. CANCELLATION CHARGED
Cancellation charge will be imposed as follows-
a. 10 days before arrival: - 20% of tour fare
b. 03 days before arrival: - 50% of tour fare
c. No show: - 100% of tour fare
6. LIABILTY
TAS reserves the rights to amend tour program, hotels or restaurants listed or other similar class items without prior notice during circumstances beyond control. Passengers will be liable for additional expenses I occurred during circumstances beyond control, example heavy snow, typhoon, earthquake, etc.
