How are you getting on. Hope that you are fine and enjoying your work! My wife and I would like to thank you very much for such a wonderful time that we had in Hokkaido recently from April 13 – 18 under your tour leadership . You were very humourous and kept our tour very interesting and even sang Japanese songs to us. We have informed the agency  of your outstanding performance and once again would like to convey our sincere thanks to you and wish you a successful career.
