To whom it may concern:

I represent a group of ten persons who recently visited Japan on your

8-day Honshu tour leaving San Francisco on March 31, 2008.

The reason for this email is to let you know that we thorougly enjoyed

this tour but, more importantly, we want to let you know how pleased

we were for the excellent services your tour agent Gigi Chium provided.

Not only was she professional but she went out of her way to make sure

that each and every one in her group was well cared for.   We do a great

deal of travelling and we can honestly say that she is the best tour guide

we have ever encountered.

Should we travel again in Japan through your organization, we would

definitely request for Ms. Chium’s services.
