We would like to compliment your company for sending us a super terrific guide. The day we landed on 14/3/2009 at Kansai Airport, we were greeted by Ms. Gigi Chium. She is a cheerful and full of energy person. Throughout our trip, she made us laugh with all her stories and jokes. She took care of us very well. The trip was made so interesting that we were sad to leave Japan. Three cheers to her and your company. We will cherish these memories forever. Hope to have her as our guide in future.
